- LALaura AndrewsAug 18, 20251.0Very disappointing service & product availability/replenishment! I have stopped here multiple times. They never have the products I have stopped in to purchase. The products are always “just arrived & will be on the shelf in a few days”. I don’t live near the store. Coming back in a few days is quite inconvenient. Both the manager & employees here have a litany of excuses as to why the products are not available & cannot be retrieved from the shipment which has “just arrived”. No one here has ever apologized for the lack of product availability or the inconvenience. For more than 40 years I have been a loyal GNC customer. My mom used to encourage me to take GNC’s Preventron multivitamins. It is hard to believe this unfortunate level of customer service has become the norm at our local GNC store.
