  I am so glad that I found Broadway dental. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. Wish I would have found them years ago!! I feel right at home!

  I don’t write a lot of reviews these days, but I had such a great experience with BROADWAY DENTAL CARE and Dr. Brodersen that I felt I had to “tell the world” about it..I don’t know where to start, but I think it would be from the minute I walked in the door and was welcomed by Kelle and Sheryl…Dr. Brodersen has the best, most caring staff working for him, people that actually care about you personally…I had a bad tooth that had to be pulled immediately, I was in SO MUCH pain, and they went out of they’re way to get me in on very short notice..and then went even further to find a way for me to pay them, because I didn’t have the funds to pay for my visit..I just can’t say enough about the Dr. and his staff, they are truly GREAT, and make “going to the dentist” something to look forward to, not to fear..Don’t even give it a second thought if you need a dentist, I can’t imagine a better place to go! Thanks AGAIN team Brodersen!

  I did not have a great first experience here. Scheduling was easy, and when I did so, I was told my previous records would be obtained & I wouldn’t have to have repeat x-rays done again superfluously. I confirmed all of this before agreeing to the appointment. When I went to my appointment last week, however, the front desk confirmed that they still did not have my x-rays. Not only did they not obtain my records, but the female at the front desk had the wrong city of my previous dentist despite me sharing this information with them via their online forms. She was attempting to get my records while I sat in the waiting room & assured me she “could just call & get them in two seconds.” Due to the time zone, my dentist’s office in CA was not open yet & their last minute attempt at doing something that they had reassured me would be done prior to my appointment failed. I shared my frustration with the woman that brought me back into an exam room, but no resolution was really offered besides me coming back a different day or having unnecessary x-rays done. She didn’t consult the dentist at that time either. I opted to leave & not go forward with the appointment. I value my time, but they certainly did not. No one from the office has since reached out, apologized, notified me that my records were successfully obtained, or attempted to reschedule me.

  I have been going to Broadway Dental for a few years now and only had my teeth cleaned. Mercedes, the hygienist, has always taken care of me and is amazing. I recently had two crowns done at the same time, my choice, the experience wasn’t as bad as I was anticipating. In fact, it was the best experience I have had having crowns done and I have had a lot done. Dr.. Brodersen actually communicated with me during the process, letting me know what he was doing, what this might feel like, how much longer it would take. I found that calming just knowing what was going on. I highly recommend having all your dental work done at Broadway dental. The staff is all professional and friendly!! Barbara Gordon
