  Dawn was so helpful when I just popped in! I’m in town visiting my brother and my glasses got bent. She was able to bend them back for super fast and no charge! Thank you Dawn for all your help!

  Vision center at the target in Richfield is the BEST! They helped me fix my sun glasses and Don the vision specialist is the sweetest!

  Went in for a scheduled eye exam and had a very strange interaction with the person working in the front of the store. They said literally nothing when I came in for the exam. Just silently handed me a tablet to register. Then they were trying to ask me (I think?) if I wanted eye drops or a retinal scan? I have no clue. I just wanted my rx updated. It was almost like they didn't want to speak with me at all. After a short back and forth I just left.

  Dr. Strang is a very good optometrist. She not only heard concerns and issues, she actually listened and gave the advice I needed to hear. Plus, she moved to find solutions for me and fast. I was super impressed. I don't have an eye doctor and I feel like I'll be back here because she's so good.

  Did not have the best experience. Husband ordered glasses and lost them. Not their fault his. He tried to call them multiple times to figure out what he could do to get a replacement because he did purchase a protection plan. He left miltiple VMs and no return call. I called, to ask about the protection plan. I did get an answer but they told me they would call me back. No callback, so I called back. Protection plan he paid for did NOT cover lost/stolen glasses. Did offer us 50% but decided against it because of the lack of communication. Gave 3 stars because my husband did like the Doctor. Otherwise, everything else just sucked.
