YogaSix Nokomis is a locally owned small boutique yoga fitness studio changing the way people think and experience yoga. We are located in the shopping center near 62 and Cedar Ave near Target, Home Depot, Primrose school and across the street from Orangetheory Fitness.
We are community focused. Our inclusive, energetic, full-sensory workouts are designed to provide the mind-body experience of yoga that everyone deserves. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun. We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our core classes: Sculpt & Flow, Slow Flow, Hot, Power, and Restore. We also offer private training sessions and Yoga Teacher Training.
Whether you're looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga class for you. Beginners welcome.

- JSJackson ScholbergFeb 27, 20265.0The studio is clean. The receptionist helped me sign up for classes. Kat and Danielle are great teachers! Kat led the hot yoga and then after a thirty minute break, Danielle led the restore yoga. The restore yoga is a nice way to decompress after hot yoga.

I owe a lot of that to two instructors - Kat and Val. They are great at what they do — fantastic instructors who care about their students. I’ve always been glad I’ve come to my mat that day even if I was feeling otherwise beforehand. Bonus points — this studio is now also locally owned.
