I went inside the Target optical shop to see if they could help. I eventually was able to find it in my case so they quickly inserted it, tightened the other side and I was on my way to do my shopping! Great customer service! Did I mention I didn’t even purchase my glasses there? And they did this at no charge!

The issue I had today was with the front reception. She ignored me when I entered the store and we had quite a few issues throughout my visit. The main being her refusal to show me my bill or provide a copy of my charges. I asked her and she simply responded “no.” She just kept repeating the charges that needed to be paid. I wanted to cross check with my insurance policy before swiping, but she refused. She ordered my contacts without confirming where they would be sent, which resulted in them being sent to the wrong address, and then couldn’t tell me if they would call me when they came in. It was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional experience.
