They did an amazing job of moving patients in and out of exams, eyeglass selection and fitting, and scheduling walk-in appointments. I walked in to schedule an exam and lucked out by getting an exam and new contacts within an hour! Timing is everything but even more important than timing is the professionals who make clinic work with compassion and being passionate about customer service. The bow to my eyeglasses had fallen off and we couldn’t screw the tiny bolt back in. So we went to the optical dept. at the Richfield Target for help — and we got it! In less than 15 min.! Natalie not only was great at repair but excelled in customer service. She is the reason we will keep coming back to Target, again and again.
