- KAKymberly AguilarJul 30, 20251.0On July 25th around 7:04 PM, I arrived and saw a “Back in 5 minutes” sign on the door. I waited over 6 minutes and no one came back. The store ended up closing around 7:10PM, which is well before the posted closing time of 7:30 PM. It felt like the employee wasn’t doing their job and was possibly avoiding customers. This wasted my time and left a really unprofessional impression. I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
