We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- LMLinda MacQueenApr 7, 20265.0I saw Dr. Crutchmer today for my yearly exam. I had an incident with my eye 4 days ago. Had some odd things happening at the time of my appointment with her. She was very concerned and did a very thorough exam on my eyes, my heart rate was extremely high and odd for me, she recommended that I go to the ER so I did. At around 6:30 PM she called to check on me and asked if she could send my Primary Care physician a letter. I had never met her until my appointment today. I must tell you how impressed I am that she, as well as the other Dr's I have seen here are so kind and truly caring they are. I am blessed. 😀😀
