You have many outstanding caregivers but Jackie seems to always go above and beyond for his care. Even when he had Covid she worked every shift for a few weeks so that the family members weren’t exposed.

The employee refuses to wear a mask and my mom even offered to give her one. I called Home Instead and emailed and still no change. They actually called my MOM, and asked her how they should tell the worker to wear a mask. Unreal. I hope other vulnerable adults are not being put at risk. If you use Home Instead for family, you will need to do your own supervision and check for compliance with infection control.
