  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I received inconsistent information — what I was told initially was completely different from what I was told at checkout. The service was also not welcoming, and I felt like I was bothering the staff. I was under the impression that I had 90 days to purchase contact lenses using my existing prescription. However, I later found out that the 90-day period actually referred to ordering contact lenses without needing a new prescription. Since I missed that window, I now have to pay for a new exam before I can purchase them — something that was not clearly explained. I contacted them just a few days after the 90-day period, and only then realized there had been a misunderstanding. Even though it was only a few days past the deadline, there was no flexibility. Now I have to pay for a new prescription and the lenses. Very frustrating experience due to poor communication.

  Andrew (327634) at the Target Optical in Plymouth, MN is amazing! Giving 5 stars just for him. He always remembers my name, is very helpful and knowledgable for insurance, and has been working there for a long time now. Hope he gets some recognition and high praise because he's a valuable asset for that store. Thanks for being so helpful Andrew!
