I went into Kennedy for my annual eye exam and to get glasses fitted. Gabi assisted me in finding the perfect pair of glasses! I am generally indecisive and Gabi was super nice and helpful in helping me try on and find glasses that fit me well, and she gave great feedback! Would recommend her to anyone. PZ was also helping out, and so friendly!

From the time I walked in the door to walking out the staff was friendly, helpful and offered assistance and answered all my questions . From the tests prior to seeing the doctor to ordering my glasses . Kennedy Vision was a great experience and provided clear answers as to my eyes, glasses and continued care.

Going to the eye doctor and getting new glasses has historically been something I’ve hated. However, this place takes all the stress out of things.
As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by Grace, the Patient Ambassador. Grace was very warm and welcoming while explaining some processes to me.
I was then sent off with D’Angelo, their tech guy, who was very thorough and polite in my time with him.
The doctor, Dr. Resnick, was very helpful in explaining the examination process to me, something I’ve never had before.
The most stressful part for me is always picking out the frames I want. However, Gabi took away all that stress. Through some quick conversation about my style and preferences she pointed out a few frames that met my specifications without me having to do too much searching on my own. Once I picked out the frames it was a breeze from there! She seems like a genuinely helpful person. Her colleague, Michael, also chimed in when he could. He was very polite and authentic—something I really appreciate in customer service.
Would recommend and will likely return in the future for glasses.

This was my second time coming here, and honestly it just reinforced why I came back in the first place. The drive from downtown Minneapolis is worth it!!
The whole experience is smooth from start to finish. Grace at check-in set the tone right away—she was efficient, organized, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She handled both check-in and payment seamlessly and made everything feel easy and welcoming.
D’Angelo did my initial screenings and was great—super personable, explained each step in a way that actually made sense, and kept things moving without it ever feeling rushed. You can tell he’s experienced and good at making patients feel comfortable.
Dr. Reznick was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk through everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how he explained things in a straightforward, approachable way instead of overly clinical.
But the real standout for me was Michael in the glasses area. He made what is usually the most overwhelming part actually enjoyable. He pulled a wide range of options based on what I was looking for, gave honest opinions (which I really appreciated), and helped me narrow things down without any pressure. What really stood out was how clearly he walked me through my insurance—breaking down what was covered, what wasn’t, and helping me get the best pair for what I wanted without overspending. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the choice I was making! I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!!
I also want to give a shoutout to Gabi—while Michael ultimately helped me finalize my choice, Gabi jumped in during the process and had great energy. She offered a few thoughtful suggestions and helped validate what I was leaning toward, which made the experience feel collaborative and really positive.
Overall this was the best eye care I could receive. I’ll definitely be coming back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, low-stress experience.

You can tell they work as a team at Kennedy Vision. They all have their unique rolls which they do very well. They are efficient and thorough while remaining personable throughout the process.
I am super picky and I take way too much time when it comes to choosing frames for glasses. Micheal, the optician, patiently helped me look and go back and forth for over an 1 1/2 hours until I made my frames choice! He has great patience and was willing to help me for as long as I needed without making me feel like I was being a bother.
