  I had to keep going back because they never put the bifocal lenses in. They told me insurance doesn’t cover safety glasses for work and I argued with them about it for too long. It turns out my insurance Does cover them after I called my insurance myself. So the time I argued with them about safety glasses they could’ve called twice and just asked themselves but for some reason they didn’t want to. My union and insurance told me this specific site has a reputation that’s not good. I don’t recommend.

  The man nurse that helped me would not leave his phone alone. At one point I was with a different nurse and watched him sit next to a person taking a test on his phone. How is this allowed at a doctors office? Priorities???

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Sealock for numerous years and I would highly recommend him and the clinic. I love hearing him whistle which means he’s happy and always in a good mood

  Big shout out to Renata at the front desk! My work switched insurance providers and when I checked in for my eye exam she let me know that the exam was not covered under this new plan. The salesman that explained the new plan to us at work said exam was covered and also a small credit for frames. I decided to stick with my appointment and pay the $175 out of pocket because I have been going her for ~30 years. Renata told me she was going to do some more investigating on my insurance plan while I was getting my exam. She came in the room about half way through to let me know that she found out the exam was covered and verified that there was credit for frames. She went way above and beyond normal customer service. Super pumped to only have had to pay $10 (co-pay) instead of $175. This place has always been awesome and everyone is always friendly and upbeat. Dr. Sealock is an OG!!
