  Very horrible experience with the Clinic Supervisor Kari. My primary therapist no longer works at this facility, and Kari was her supervisor. I went around in circles for almost three weeks to be scheduled with a new provider. I also needed some information from Care Counseling and ended up being referred to Kari Duong-Topp. She was rude, condescending, and refused to offer a referral to assist with my dilemma. I talked to her for less than 2 minutes but could hear the biased tone in her voice. As I tried to explain, she continually interrupted, blew, and kept referencing me with the wrong pronoun. I just wanted help. Instead, she talked to me less than human. She made a point to exert her authority over me in this matter. I called her out on her lack of ethics in dealing with me as a patient. She told me Im not her patient even though my previous therapist worked under her license. I advised her that I had rights as a patient. She cared nothing about patient rights or my current standing as a patient. She refused to assist before hanging up in my face. A real professional! I don't recommend anyone who is seeking assistance in navigating life challenges to go to this clinic. They are supposed to be Medical Providers who help. Instead, they trigger you in a downward spiral! The clinic name is Care Counseling, but it's more like Careless Counseling! Thanks for the downward spiral after the work done with my previous therapist!
