  My first time experience at Kennedy Vision was perfect. I get anxious for these appointments, but was very comfortable immediately in the atmosphere. It was warm and welcoming. Ashley was super friendly and sweet upon checking in. Lexi and Dr. Eder were so knowledgeable and professional and talked me through every aspect of my checkup. Stacie helped me pick out the perfect glasses and I am so excited to get them! Alina at checkout was super nice. It was the perfect experience.

  We’ve been coming to Kennedy Vision for three years now, and it’s the personal touch that keeps us loyal. During my last visit, I worked with Ashley, Jess, Lexi, Sarah, and Dr. Eder—the whole team is fantastic. Lexi really stood out; she made the experience feel so comfortable and took the time to go through my records thoroughly. Dr. Eder is incredibly friendly and transparent, which I appreciate when it comes to my eye health. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly heard, but if something isn't right here, they fix it without hesitation. Highly recommend for any family looking for a long-term eye care home.

  My first experience at Kennedy Vision was great. My check in process was very easy and quick with Ashley. My experience with the techs was great. Wes and Tatiana made the pre testing very easy and quick. Claire came in to inform us that the doctor had to make a quick phone call, so he’d be with me shortly. Which is great because many places I have been to don’t do that. Dr. Rossow was very detailed and knowledgeable. Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to looking for glasses. Tracey made my check-out process easy and quick. Overall a fantastic experience!

  Everyone from the front desk lady, to the girl that did my eye testing, to Dr. Eder to the lady that checked me out at the end were wonderful! Such a great visit with such kind people!

  First time at Kennedy today and it won’t be my last. Everyone was friendly, the space was clean. The offices are smaller than a chain, which made me feel more comfortable and like I truly had the focus of the people helping me. Lexi was my tech, so nice and funny as she talked me through everything she did. Dr Bugajski was kind and obviously knowledgeable. I feel confident in her diagnosis and care. Theeeen Paco helped me pick my glasses and that short interaction was honestly the highlight of my day. So, from check in to checkout with Jess, it was a positive experience and Kennedy Vision Health Center will be seeing me again.
