Being newer to glasses, I have a hard time deciding what I want so it takes me a while to browse through the offerings. For the products geared toward women, there was a plethora of options. The person I worked with (I think her name was Mary) was a gem! She was patient, offered her expertise/ opinions, and was attentive. I worked with her again when my glasses came in. She helped to make sure the glasses fit to my liking. She was super personable and clearly people come in to work with her directly. Several people called to her by name upon arriving.
