    Updated by user May 08, 2025 After numerous calls to the insurance company who says he is correct and the overpayment we made should be returned, and Jason who is the Miracle ear rep from the customer service center who says that they will not return the money to us this is where we are...Miracle Ear will not accept the insurance payment of $4863.85. They will only accept the amount of $1801.85 from them because that is what they determined the insurance should pay. They insist that we should pay $3284.48 or return the product. I am at a loss as to how they stay in business. We will be returning the product and looking for a company that is looking to sell hearing aids not looking to screw their customers. Please feel free to pass this on to friends and family. Miracle Ear is NOT the company you want to use. Text Edit My husband recently got hearing aids from Miracle Ear. The cost for the ME2 package genius was $7,790.00, and they were on sale for $4,990.00. They estimated the insurance company would pay $1,801.85, and after a shipping cost of $39.00, my out-of-pocket cost was $3,284.48. After paying them, I contacted my insurance company, who said they paid $4,863.85, and they said my out-of-pocket was $150.00, not $3,284.48. When I contacted the provider, I was told they sent the difference back to the insurance company. My insurance company said that they needed to send the difference back to me. I have spent the last month trying to talk to somebody about this issue. I have gotten the runaround regarding who to talk to and refusal to provide contact information for a billing department or anyone who can help. I have been back to the local office several times with no success. I have contacted my insurance provider, who has also had no success in getting my money returned to me.
