I had to get my daughter in on a same day appointment that kept getting switch around due to scheduling & weather etc. Sam had a very long day working and yet when we arrived later than expected, she was still so kind, patient and took her time to make sure we got everything we needed taken care of, while explaining our plan, as well as put a rush on the order.
