I’ve loved this store for a long time and was genuinely excited to finally get my first pair from there. What should have been a great moment was completely overshadowed by one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. My encounter with Susan at the Ridgedale location was shockingly negative. She was aggressive and inconsiderate with me. There was absolutely no empathy, no effort to be welcoming, and no basic courtesy. It honestly made me question whether I even wanted to continue shopping there. It is unusual as my previous experience looking for frames at the Ridgedale location were kind, patient, and actually treated me like a valued customer. Without them, this would have been a total loss. It’s incredibly frustrating because I truly love this store, but one interaction like that can leave a lasting bad impression. Management seriously needs to address this, because no customer should be made to feel the way I did.
