  I have used Home Instead for over 6 years to help with the care of my parents. It was one of the best decisions that I have made in regards to my parents. The care givers have been very caring, kind, well trained and professional. Jim, Cindy and Angel are the best! The office staff (specifically Deanna and Jessica) have been very responsive when I call with questions and/or concerns. Navigating the care for aging parents can be quite difficult and overwhelming. Home Instead has really helped me and my parents. I greatly appreciate it.

  I have worked for Home Instead as a Home Health Aide for twelve years. I am constantly impressed with the way the office staff treat the caregivers with a respectful caring attitude. All of my questions are addressed in a timely way and help is offered readily if needed. To be supported in this way makes so much difference to my care for my client.

  We used Home Instead in Maple Grove, MN for our loved one, and the care was truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality care really stood out. We could tell they genuinely care about not only the seniors but their families. So glad to see them expanding with a new office in Minnetonka so more families can experience the same great care.
