The staff is rude and displays little concern for people needing a eye exam and glasses. Following up on the phone the managers and Dr Scott are extremely abusive and their answer to a eye patient concerns is DONT COME BACK. They care about selling glasses and nothing else. I would recommend anyone looking for an eye exam and glasses to never go to Pearl Vision at Ridgedale. There are better eye clinics elsewhere

From the optometrist to the person helping pick out my glasses and get my contacts ordered. I tried going to the edina location one time and the level service I got there was for lower than what have received here. My most recent visit I was getting contacts again after not wearing them for 2 years. I also got new glasses and instead of just ordering the new contacts. They ordered me a set of trial contacts for me to try out before I spend money on a 6 month of supply.
