- CMChris MosesDec 22, 20251.0We made an appt, they called to confirm, we gave our insurance info. We were told that the Dr. would be able to tell us at the appt if it was covered or not. Once there, we were told the Dr takes VSP but not all VSP plans, but they couldn't explain why or which VPS plans the Dr takes. Then, they took so much time to try and figure out our insurance (15ish minutes) that Dr would no longer see us even if we wanted to pay out of pocket. How ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible experience. I'd find a more professional option than Dr. Kostecki.

Shared recommendations for dry eyes. Took the time to dial in the prescription. Much better experience than last few eye exams at traditional and boutique stores/eye doctors. Pleasantly surprised and would recommend. Whole family is switching to Dr Max.
