They are also willing to give you their honest opinion about what looks good on you. They are not "selling" you a frame, they want you to be thrilled with how you look in your WP glasses!

D’Andre helped me make an appointment since they were so booked for eye exams that I couldn’t do it online or over the phone, then was so pleasant and inviting a month later when I went in that I thought he remembered our limited interaction. NOTE: no appointment needed to go in and try on new frames. This was only for my bi-annual exam. The eye exam is done in about 30-40 minutes typically. D’Andre checked for insurance given very little information when I made the appointment, then followed up with what he’d learned in researching since then, which made me feel like he really cared to make sure I could navigate the confusing American healthcare system even in whatever limited ways he could. Then he helped me find new glasses while giving honest opinions. I have half a dozen Warby Parker glasses from over a decade of going there and have done home try-ons multiple times, but I left feeling more secure and excited about my choice than I ever have because I not only trusted his opinion, but that I could come back and find something that works better if I realize going outside my normal black square frames was too hard. But I don’t think it will be — I’m super stoked to get these new glasses. ♥️
