Foundations Minnesota - PRIDE Minneapolis

Foundations Minnesota at Minneapolis is a drug and alcohol treatment center that exclusively serves members of the LGBTQ+ community. Since 1986, we have used evidence-based therapies to address substance use disorder, trauma and PTSD, sexual health, and co-occurring mental health issues in an inclusive and accepting environment. Our mission is to give participants the tools they need to help overcome addiction, strive toward long-term recovery and find and accept their true selves. Services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP) with optional housing, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Virtual Outpatient treatment, with individualized care plans based on a comprehensive clinical assessment. Treatment focuses on evidence-based therapy, skill development, and long-term stability.
