  Their call center/appointment brought you through 10 different prompts with six different cues and then you leave a message anyway doesn't help much with mental health

  My care and time at Care was great and helped me sort through issues and my struggles, the care at care counseling is 10/10. However I did experience the issue that many people complain in the reviews about which is the slow and sporadic billing issues. I have had instances where I'm suddenly charged for 2 or even 3 sessions all of a sudden at once. While I was okay in this situation due to my financials this can really be a problem for others.

  I came from another counseling service with over a 900 patient waitlist for therapy and once I found CARE, I was scheduled with a new therapist within 48 hours. The first available appointment was within the week of requesting services. I really enjoy having the Telehealth option! It is so much easier for me to make it to appointments being able to do them over Zoom. With the wide range of available therapists, I feel like I have found the perfect fit for me!
