Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I took two classes while in MN for work. The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive. Both classes were top notch!

Took my first class here with Micaela and she was amazing! Challenging class and exactly what I was hoping for with a barre studio coming from los angeles. Her energy made the class much easier and enjoyable! will be signing up for membership.

I started barre3 when one of my close friends became an instructor. I was blown away by not only how amazing the workouts are, but also how welcoming and kind the instructors, owner, and community are!! Barre3 celebrates milestones, and prioritizes making members feel special and celebrated.
Workouts here are styled in a way that people don’t leave feeling exhausted or depleted. Every time I leave barre3 I feel stronger and empowered!!!
I seriously love and appreciate this community and couldn’t recommend it more! Every fitness level can find their thing and feel welcome here.

The classes and instructors are incredible! I loved every class that I attended and feel like I got a great workout and enjoyed my time there. So- why the 1 star? Their customer service and online subscription management is terrible. I had an unlimited class membership for 6 months, and when I decided to move out of the area, I tried to cancel my membership as I wasn't going to be able to go to this location anymore. The catch - there is no way to mange your subscription online. I tried multiple times to cancel online, both through the app and the site, and there was no way to switch my membership even to a different kind of membership rather than just cancel. I tried calling multiple times (during business hours) with no response. I finally email them and ask them to cancel my membership that is supposed to end in two weeks (today is July 7th, membership was to renew July 19th) and was told that I had to give a month notice, so my membership would be renewed July 19th-August 18th. Like, what? There is nowhere on the website saying that you need a 30 day notice to change subscriptions because the website doesn't have any information on how to manage subscriptions at all. Was it in the super small, fine print when I signed my membership? Probably. But, the fact that they make it impossible to easily manage your subscription online and provide no information on how to do so, just feels like a trap. It makes it feel like you are locked into a membership with no way out, slimy like one of those gyms where they make it impossible to cancel your membership so you end up paying $25 a month until your credit card expires.
I supposed I just expected better from a high end studio that charges $170 a month. If you choose to become a member here, just remember to read the fine print and maybe not sign up for a monthly subscription.

I was super new to barre and it has been a fabulous experience starting at barre3! Everyone has been so welcoming and took the time to explain the different class styles to me. Classes are great, the instructors give you variations in case you need options and the vibes are immaculate. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a new workout class.
