We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. I come here annually, but this is my first time with Dr. Derek and felt the need to give him a shout out! Additionally, the staff were patient and supportive as we worked through understanding my new insurance coverage.

- FRFaye ReusDec 10, 20251.0K people. Eye exam was fine. Ordered and received my glasses! The one's I choose weren't the one's I really wanted, but affordable for me! (The person I worked with was well aware of this fact) but choose to say nothing about return policy!! Received the glasses and wore them for awhile, started having headaches!! Would go away after wearing my old glasses!! Called Pearle Vision, explained my issues, was told to just bring them back for a refund. Nothing was EVER said to me about a restocking fee!! EVER!! Ask for a print out of my invoice!! Noticed about restocking fee of $100.00 ,now I get a restocking fee, but 100 dollars is very excessive (in my opinion) then ask about refund back to my card!! Oh no, you have to wait for a paper check to be received by snail mail and can take up to two weeks!!! I find it very interesting that they can charge my card and payment is issued immediately!! But when payment coming back to consumer it takes so long!! Needless to say I will not be going back to Pearle Vision...as a consumer I feel very taken advantage of!! 12/16/25 Many thanks for working with me to make my experience better!! I appreciate your help!

This is the the location we *me and my son* always go to. We have been going to this location for years. Anyway...I had a concern, and they got me in to see a doctor the same day. The doctor really put me at ease and everything was fine. I needed an updated eye glass prescription. They had a lot of nice frames to choose from. I found a pair I really liked and the associate helped me order the frame and the transition lenses with more fun options. The associate was very kind and helpful. Prices were decent. Overall I was very happy with my experience. Just waiting for my new glasses to come in. It does take about 3 weeks though.
