But then I missed an appointment and they sent me a bill 9 months later for $100 for a “missed appointment.” The lack of communication, poor time management, and unfair billing practices have made it clear to me that this office does not value their patients’ time or trust. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or professional dental care.
