My ankles, shins and feet would feel like they were sprained at the end of the day. Went to to Good Feed in Maple Grove and spent an hour with Andy and found instant relief right there in the store! They took a bit to get used to during the 2 week break in period, but I'm standing for long periods without pain now. Long walks (3-5 miles) have also become much easier.
