- PPPatricia PangierApr 2, 20261.0My complaint is the billing. I chose to make my payment on the website provided on my bill. I entered my information and bill amount and submitted the payment. After I hit submit I received a notice that there is an $11.52 payment delivery fee. I did have the option to cancel but the payment had already been submitted and shows pending on my account. I called the billing phone number and was told that I need to wait at least 24 hours and told this would be noted on my account. After requesting to talk to a supervisor (who was very helpful and not aware of any fees) I was then asked for my information and she said she would reach out if there are any more issues. The purpose of the call was to correct the system to disclose the fees prior to submitting. I believe Carole will look into this further.
