It’s been two weeks of calling several times to try and get ahold of a manager who seems to be avoiding a conversation at all costs. The two workers had no idea how to cancel a membership when I went in and had to have an off duty employee leave their workout to assist. While I stood for several minutes on one leg. I’ve lost over $60 because of this and have yet to talk to a manager. Not for the lack of trying. Seriously, at least don’t have maple grove as your home location.

Multiple people were waiting, and by 7:00AM we were all still outside with no staff showing up to open the gym. TVs were on, lights off, but not a single employee in sight. People plan their mornings around the hours that are advertised. To waste almost an hour of members’ time because no one bothered to show up is beyond unprofessional.
