He is highly unprofessional and doesn’t train the employees properly on store policies. You will get different information depending on who you talk to. It’s very frustrating.

She picked up the phone and after almost two years of helping me prior, she was able to secure a discontinue frame for me and I ended up buying two pairs because of how helpful she was. When I came into the store she was able to turn around one of those pairs quickly with her team so I could see again after having two glasses get chewed up by my dog and having no glasses. My eye doctor also remember me and personal conversations we had from two years ago and is the first time I committed to staying at an eye doctor place and returning for glasses. 10/10 and highly recommend the maple grove pearl vision for anyone! Super reliable team, affordable glasses and unique selections, and an amazing team.
