  I cannot say enough good things about the care and professionalism we have experienced with Home Instead. When my mom’s needs changed and she required more support, navigating everything from a distance felt overwhelming. The Home Instead team made an incredibly difficult time much easier for our family. From the very beginning, their staff has been responsive, organized, and compassionate. They communicate clearly, answer questions promptly, and take the time to explain things so that family members feel informed and supported. Knowing that there are reliable professionals helping oversee my mom’s care has provided enormous peace of mind. What stands out most is the genuine kindness and respect shown to my mom. The caregivers treat her with dignity and patience, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they serve—not just the tasks they perform. When you’re trying to make the best decisions for a parent, trust matters more than anything. Home Instead has earned that trust, and I’m very grateful for the support they have provided to my family during a challenging transition. Highly recommend.

  We've engaged Home Instead for just over two months. Thus far, we couldn't be happier with both the care our father is receiving, as well as the management providing the services. They have a very well-rounded understanding of the care they need to provide, the comfort of the person needing care, and the laws and responsibilities that caregivers need to address. In brief, they are upfront about what they can do, what they can't do, and the costs. My family appreciates the transparency, and my father loves the care.

  I am so thankful for the amazing team of people at Home Instead! From the initial phone call conversation, to the in-home introductory meeting, to the fabulous caregiver paired with my mom, everyone at Home Instead has been extremely caring, understanding, friendly, professional and helpful. Mom’s caregiver, Katie, is such a wonderful gift!! Not only do I sing her praises, but people around town that interact with her and mom on their walks will go out of their way to let me know that they also see how kind, patient, and supportive she is with mom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
