I went in for an eye exam and was able to walk out the very same day with my prescription glasses, which honestly impressed me so much. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and easy from start to finish. But what really made this visit stand out was the team. Joe, Lindsey, and Marisha deserve a huge personal shoutout and so much appreciation. They were incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help, and that kind of service leaves a lasting impression. They made me feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued, not just like another customer being rushed through. Joe, Lindsey, and Marisha truly went above and beyond, and I really hope they get the recognition they deserve because they made this experience exceptional. It is rare to come across a team that is this efficient while also being this warm and personable. Both husband and I felt this and we had appointments on different days, different times. I felt that the Optometrist didn’t address my concerns, or really listen to me. I would not return. I would go back to the Park Nicolette Ophthalmology department I’ve seen before.
