As a 73 yr old with aging issues, the heat and movement are perfect for my body , mind, and spirit. The leaders are amazing and I leave feeling blessed to have been there. The class participants are respectful of the space and quiet. I love it here! Many thanks to the professional team who keep this CorePower for us yogis!

I got there at 9:08, told the woman at the front desk that my mom and sister were in the beginner's class, and I wanted to go join them. She told me that I couldn't because I was over 10 minutes late. Last time I checked, 9:08 isn't 10 minutes after 9:00. I just wanted to take a class with my family. I will NOT be recommending CorePower Yoga to anyone.
