I love the teachers here and the emphasis they put on moving through each posture with correct form so that yoga can be restorative, strengthening, and rehabilitating as it should be. As a Doctor of Chiropractic I wouldn’t send my patients anywhere that did not stress these things. My favorite thing about this studio is how positive and uplifting the atmosphere is. Especially the music in the lobby, locker rooms, and most classes is always so encouraging and positive. My family and I also really appreciate the open environment and feel like all religions, ethnicities, etc, can feel really comfortable here. I honestly couldn’t ever practice anywhere else so THANKS CPY-Maple Grove team for making it a great place. :)
