  I went here for a UTI on Labor Day (Monday) last year because it was one of few places open. and was promised an antibiotic, but it never arrived at my pharmacy. I called AFC twice, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pharmacy still never received it. Finally, I called my OBGYN's office for an urgent visit. They listened to my situation and sent the script in without making me be seen again. I'll never go back to AFC. I only wish my OBGYN's office was open on holidays! Kudos to Almara Haugen!

  Recommended Not sure if every provider is a PA, but that who we saw They did note that they don’t see and have many resources for babies, so if that’s what you’re needing-may be good to go somewhere else Super nice, convenient

  We have never experienced a last minute trip to an emergency room or an urgent care where we we're in and out in less than 45 minutes....and the nurse and doctor we're amazing!! 5 Stars!!

  I brought my son to the urgent care because of sore throat and fever that won't just go away. We were seen in a timely manner, and were not rushed through the visit; the nurse listened carefully and took note. When the doctor came, even though she asked the same questions we were already asked, she was clearly confirming the tests she already prescribed, and explained everything to us: her suspicion based on the symptoms, the trend in the moment, the tests to clarify things. And upon receiving the results, the treatment was ready as well. We spent less than an hour throughout the whole process. First wonderful urgent care experience ever!!! Thank you AFC Urgent Care Maple Grove!

  Poor communication. I was told to come in without an appointment for testing and then was denied an appointment. Then they said I will get the test results back within a couple of business days. Now, it has been more than four business days and no updates yet. Very frustrated with their communication. Update: I contacted the again after the response below. First,I was told 2 business days, then 4, now 8 business days.
