  Dr Campbell always does a great job of taking care of his patients! Shots ana fillings are never fun for anyone, but he makes the best of it he can and does a great job! Thank you!

  Cleaned teeth painlessly and used the suction tube often so a good experience. I've been going there 3 to 4 or more years.

  Had a long history of going to Main Street dental for the last 5+ years with relatively good care. I actually think the dentists do a decent job. My problem is with this clinic's consistency recently. Had 2 appointments cancelled within 1.5 hours to my visit. The first was the day after a snowstorm in December. Rescheduled for today and now another cancellation- this time because a dental hygienist called out. Both occurences, I was travelling from St. Paul to Mankato (and yes I was in Kato the day after the snowstorm ready for my appointment before they cancelled). I actually discussed with them that if they cancelled with short notice like that again I would have to move my care somewhere closer to me- which I was reassured it was a one time occurence and it would not recur. Both times my appointment was confirmed the business day prior (in December it was on a Friday). Today I even got a text saying that they were looking forward to my appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time. Be VERY wary if you travelling for outside the immediate Mankato area for dental care. I would also suggest veterans take into consideration if they are using VA coverage as it seemed at times with interactions from scheduling staff that since the care was covered by VA insurance and not normal dental insurance, that my care may be deemed less preferential. Edit: VA Authorization had nothing to do with these situations. Although since it was mentioned, did have another appointment that was cancelled unexpectedly a couple years ago since the approval expired (need approval every year I believe) and an authorization was not obtained. I don't blame this solely on the clinic, hence why I did not mention it at first. But another good thing to know if you receiving dental care through the VA.

  My 8 year old just had her first (hopefully last) cavity filled. They were so kind, patient, and gentle. She’s braver than most, but it could’ve been a traumatic experience. She has no complaints except that she can’t eat solid food for 4 hrs until Novocain wears off.
