  I’m not sure why they let people who work here walk out on your services. I had an appt. at 4:30pm on Friday, I showed up to see a Psychologist for a therapy appointment and waited 15 minutes and was told she left and isn’t coming back. Very unprofessional. Why call yourself Care Counseling if you don’t live up to your name? Cause hiring people to walk out on people when they are seeking health services isn’t caring! I also got harassed by one of the therapists there when asking for help and asking why my psychologist isn’t showing up because no one was at the main office! Very wrong! Mind you I’m not even from this area and am very appalled by how they treated me.

  I've been seeing a therapist here for over 2 years now and she has helped me so very much! Great facility!

  Most of these therapists arent licensed and have very little oversight. You can see proof on their website where only the president of the company had the phd in psych and you can rarely get a hold of,her. They even will say theyre diagnosimg something just for "insuramce to pay" screening assessments were never discussed in full with me and a diagnosis that doesnt really fit was made despite myself and my husband pointing out that it sounded nothing like what I'm dealing with. Also a hypnotic therapy called ART i expressed i am not comfortable with and it was often pushed and pushed and oressured on me. Dont go here. They dont treat you with dignity and just want money.
