Do I need a referral from an MD?

In the state of Minnesota, we do not require an MD referral to directly start a plan of care in physical therapy. Direct access law allows you to begin seeing a physical therapist right away!

Where should I park?

We have a spacious surface parking lot at our 43rd and Nicollet location that you are free to use! If full, street parking is free as well. Parking at our Stillwater location as well as our Hopkins locations have surface lots as well, shared with Kokoro Volleyball and Tonka Fitness, respectively.
