  I highly recommend Dr. Rhianna for anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and takes the time to really listen to concerns. Her personalized approach has made a huge difference in my recovery. I’m grateful to have her guiding me through this process!

  I reached out to Whitmarsh Health and Wellness to assist in physical therapy beyond the insurance based, medically specific PT, in hopes to build more strength and functionality. Crystal was not only open to helping me, but also generously shared her extensive knowledge of overall wellness. From nutrition ideas to new stretches, she guided me through a cohesive plan to complement the strength training and encouraged me throughout the process. She also provided me all the notes on our work together so I could continue on my own. I’d absolutely recommend Whitmarsh Health & Wellness and found Crystal to be extensively knowledgeable, kind and professional.

  Crystal provided specific stretches and exercises to help with my specific areas of pain, and sets it up so I can continue to do them at home after initial visits with her, which I appreciate.
