  Cannot recommend more. We had our first grade daughter in there and the entire team's demeanor and bedside manner was incredible. Dr Sorenson got down on his knees to be at my daughter's level and explained how everything would go and coached her threw the entire procedure as it happened. What an amazing team!

  My experience was filled with dishonesty. A few years ago my daughter chipped her front tooth so we made an appointment with sorenson dental. Everything went smoothly. They filled in the chip of the tooth and everything seems good. About 6 weeks later the filling fell out so I called them back and they were like "bring her in and we will refill it" I'm thinking "great, they will fix their mistake, no worries. " So I brought her back and they fixed the mistake. Again, I thought everything was all good. Two weeks later the filling popped out yet AGAIN! So I called again and they said to bring her back in. So I did. And they fixed it. Can you guess what happened in less than a week? Yep. So this time I am pretty annoyed. About another week after that I received a bill for all three filling replacements. Ummmmm what? So my fiance recommended a place out in Plymouth called Northwoods dental. We made an appointment and went in. When the dentist came in he took a look at the tooth and told me that these kinds of chips are incredibly hard to repair as the filling almost always comes out. I told him about my experience with sorenson and then asked him if the dentist should have disclosed this information to us before the first procedure and he said ABSOLUTELY they should have told you this. So he then grinded the chip down so the chip was pretty much not noticeable and my daughter was happy and they did it all for FREE!!! needless to say Northwoods dental is my new dentist. And sorenson will not be getting a penny from me. Tempted to call the ag on them.

  Highly recommend Sorenson Dental for any person looking for dentist. Dr Sorenson is very professional and friendly. The staff and dental hygienist are all wonderful and made us feel welcomed as a family. They were able to include all my family members one after another so we didn’t have split our family between different dental offices. Very pleased with the services provided by Sorenson Dental at the Hugo location.
