Through out the process they provided nice pamphlets to help us learn about hearing loss. The best part was driving my mom home from her appt. with her new hearing aids and she could hear the blinkers in my vehicle as I made turns. She could hear the birds chirping and get all of the conversations when we talk to her now. She was so happy she adapted so well and can hear. You are a truly caring doctor and we are grateful for your help!
