- PFProd. FargoOct 14, 20251.0Horrible Experience! I came to buy glasses and the lady working there had an attitude from the start. She charged me 350 instead of 220 then said oops and made me pay again. Now I have to wait days for my money back even though it was her mistake. When I told her she got rude and said it is my bank problem and even threatened to cancel my order. No apology no respect just attitude.That is not how you treat a paying customer especially when it was her fault. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope management addresses this because customers should not be treated like this.

It's impossible to reach a human at their support phone number, chat hangs up, and the email form doesn't work. The in store employees don't have any idea how things work, or care to help, saying that you cannot manage in store appointments from online as they are not related, when it literally says you can on their website. If they can't figure out customer service, then they have no business, in anything medical. I'll go elsewhere.

I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort related to dry eye- another optometrist had told me to use otc eye drops which only gave momentary relief. Dr. Lee has been adamant about testing for dry eye each time and discussing the best options for treatment. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my symptoms and I’m so glad for Dr. Lee’s knowledge in that area!
