- KLKathleen LindMar 29, 20265.0I had my impacted wisdom teeth removed at True North Oral Surgery, and overall my experience was very positive. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. I called on March 5 to schedule my consult and was able to get in by March 12, with surgery scheduled just a few days later on March 17. The quick scheduling was really appreciated and made the whole process feel efficient and well-organized. My surgeon, Travis Johnson, was polite, direct, and confident, which gave me a lot of reassurance going into the procedure. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout. My recovery has been going well, and I appreciated the clear aftercare instructions—they made it easy to know what to expect and how to manage healing. The office called me to check in a few hours after my surgery to check in which was very kind. A fun bonus—after surgery you get to pick out Cold Stone Creamery ice cream to take home, which was a nice touch after the procedure. Overall, I would definitely recommend True North Oral Surgery to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery. They provided great care, professionalism, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Everyone was incredibly kind, happy and helpful. They made sure I knew everything about the procedure and things that might happen during/after the procedure. They definitely set you up for success. I highly suggest going here for an extractions. Bonus was the Cold Stone!!!
