  The woman who helped us on April 10th at 4:30 pm was very helpful patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took her about 2 minutes to repair a lens on my glasses that had fallen out. Well done. Thank you.

  Let me start off by saying this 3 star rating has nothing to do with Dr Kari. We absolutely love her! This review has to do with contacts I just purchased a few days ago. I had ordered the Bio Tru dailys last year. I went in and asked to order a years supply of the exact same thing. The girl that helped me quoted me the price. She asked me if I wanted the quote for up and up brand and I told her no thank you I was only interested in the Bio true. I asked her multiple times before checking out if she was sure it was the correct Bio true contacts I had before and she confirmed it was. The contacts were delivered today, and they were not the Bio true but the up and up. I went up to the store to tell them I should have had the Bio true, and instead they sent me up and up. A different girl was there and she said well actually the price you paid for were the up and up. I told her I specifically said I did not want the up and up. She then said well it looks like Bio true was orderd but they sent you up and up. She said it was probably a glitch in their system and that she was sorry. She then told me if I wanted the Bio True it would now be another $165! Im sorry but your system and your employee is the one who messed up. I was not offered any discount for this huge inconvenience, just told I had to pay $165 extra to get the contacts that I was quoted wrong for in the first place. In my opinion I feel like this one should have been on target and I should not have had to pay any extra. I paid the extra and walked out. It literally ruined my day. Do better Target optical!

  I had a positive experience with my first appointment, but when I came back a year latter my appointment got bumped despite the fact that I confirmed it. I received the email a week prior, confirmed my appointment, and after the confirmation was prompted to add the appointment to my Google calendar, which I did. Then I get to the appointment and was told that I hadn't confirmed so my time was given away. I explained that I did confirm and was told maybe next time try calling.

  I recently went to Dr. Eliason for the 4th time and she is beyond amazing! I have two pair of glasses, one for working at my computer and one for reading and everyday wear. Both prescriptions are complicated with bifocals and every time I return for an appointment, she nails the new strength to a T! I can see so clearly and crisply and no more headaches or squinting! This is the best feeling to be able to see so well, if you struggle with vision, I highly recommend you see her. She takes the time to really listen to understand my specific needs. Also, shout out to Mark for managing several people in the store at the same time to get us all taken care of in a timely manner. Clearly, he appreciates his work with the patients. I will be coming here evert time!
