  I would like to begin by saying that, overall, I had a very positive experience. The individual who greeted me was welcoming and professional, and the eye doctor was excellent—thorough, informative, and attentive. However, my experience during the glasses fitting with Sandra O was disappointing. The staff member assisting me came across as dismissive and, at times, rude. When I expressed interest in trying plastic frames, she repeatedly discouraged me, insisting that they would not work for me due to my nose bridge. While I understand my fit considerations, I was aware of this and still wished to explore those options based on my personal preference. Despite this, she continued to push against my choice and redirected me toward frames she selected. When I indicated that I did not like those options, her demeanor appeared visibly annoyed. On more than one occasion, she took frames out of my hands in a way that felt abrupt and unprofessional. I also felt rushed and pressured throughout the process. Rather than being given the space to browse and choose frames at my own pace, I was repeatedly presented with unsolicited options, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I believe this staff member would benefit from additional coaching or retraining in customer service, particularly in listening to customer preferences, respecting personal choice, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Aside from this interaction, the rest of my visit was excellent. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer experiences.

  Dr Gill is amazing. Not only did she give me a very thorough exam she answered every one of my questions very patiently..

  Excellent service, appointment was on time!! Everyone was extremely professional, answering my Questions clearly. I asked to have a set of glasses adjusted from a previous visit. They were happily adjusted in just a few minutes. I had help through the whole process of picking up new glasses. Thank-You all at the Elk River Pearle Vision!
