  I wish I remembered her name, but she was the one who talked to me about my insurance. She spelled everything out for me and was very patient with my questions and confusion. I left there with a clear idea of what is what. That put aside my worries! Last week when I was trying to reschedule my appointment, I had to deal with Blanca who made me feel like I should be embarrassed. She asked if I still didn't have insurance when the truth of the matter is, I did but York Dental doesn't take U care. Then when I tried to explain I do have a new dental insurance she got snarky and questioned whether York Dental takes that insurance. I tried to explain the insurance person that I spoke with worked with me to make sure it fell under your policies before I agreed to the insurance. I got so flustered I couldn't remember the insurance company's name. When I said it was Colonial something, but I knew it wasn't Colonial Penn, she sharply stated she doesn't know what I am talking about. Glad the young woman who helped me today was much more nicer. Thanks! I looked at the other reviews. I see there were a couple of problems with Blanca besides me. Hmmm... Not once did the owner respond to any negative reviews, just positive. Double "Hmmm". 🤔🙄

  My husband and I are new patients and we could not have been more pleased with our care. Beautiful office, state-of-the-art technology (for easy, stress-free treatments), and a truly wonderful staff working on behalf of Dr. Matt Jelinek including Blanca, Anna, Trista and Rachel. After a lengthy search for a DDS who could accept our insurance, we’ve come away with peace-of-mind and tremendous confidence in Dr. Jelinek’s excellent practice. We plan to entrust all of our dental care going forward with York Dental. From a clinical and administrative perspective, we highly recommend York Dental in Edina (conveniently located near Richfield, Bloomington and 494) to individuals and families alike.

  I was pleased with my first visit with Jennifer. She was very thorough & spent a lot of time making sure my cleaning & x-rays were complete. My gums are still a little sore, though. :)
