Our exams went off without a hitch and we felt like we were fitted well for our upcoming prescriptions. The option to have our eyes scanned rather than being dilated was an added benefit. This was the first time in many years we shopped without the aid of vision coverage. Coming out of pocket for the overall cost they were still very reasonable and had many great options. Owen was incredibly patient with us and gave us very valuable input. Based on some of his suggestions and recommendations we ultimately found the perfect frames for my wife as well as a terrific option for myself. 10/10 would recommend from scheduling the appointment to the in store experience.

The staff was very welcoming even though they were busy, and they were incredibly kind and easy to work with! The process to buy my glasses was quick once I picked a frame, and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and thoroughly explained the process and helped me look up my insurance benefits. He also helped me pick a style and gave his opinions which I appreciated! That helped me make a decision I’m excited about. Would definitely recommend this place!

They were attentive, experienced and helpful. I've also had an efficient experience with insurance. WP is out of network for us but we still get a refund and it works quickly.
