- JVJorge VelazquezNov 1, 20251.0Horrible customer service from the store manager. Don’t order any glasses/ contacts from this place. I came in 2-3 weeks ago to get my glasses (Lens/Frames) replaced. I paid $50 but only got my lenses replaced. Manager tried to replaced the frames with another frames from the counter. What a joke. He also said he was replacing my frames for free when i literally paid to get them replaced in the first place.

I simply asked for copies of my own past prescriptions — not to have them filled, just to compare them with my current one — and the store associate argued with me and told me that because they were expired, she couldn’t give me access. That’s not how medical records work. Under HIPAA, patients have the right to access their own medical information, expired or not. It’s disappointing and honestly ignorant for staff at a healthcare provider to be unaware of this or to argue with patients about their own rights. I expected better professionalism and basic understanding of patient access laws.

Everyone excepts doctors to be behind but :45 minutes before lunchtime is too much. The store wasn’t even all that busy. Maybe 2-3 total customers. The competency level is alarming. It’s no wonder people are turning to online shops or family businesses because these chains which used to be good have gone completely in the dump. I almost never ask to escalate issues but when I did I got no response from management and have taken my business elsewhere and have made it a mission of mine to deter anyone I know or encounter to personally stay away from this office because they treat you poorly, overcharge, under explain, and genuinely do not care about their customers
- MTMelanie Pichardo TerronesOct 18, 20251.0My sister had an appointment at this Pearle Vision and they checked her in started her eye exam then a receptionist walks in and tells the doctor she checked in the wrong person and stopped the eye exam because they “checked in the wrong person”. They made really no effort to at least try to squeeze her in wanted her to wait in case the appointment they had no showed. My sister had also showed them confirmation of the appointment she received, which was a text message, an email and a phone call.Please do better and make sure you’re checking in the right people especially if you are checking ID’s and insurance information prior to the appointment starting.
