We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The management was rude and dismissive, and the overall customer service was poor from start to finish. I tried to address a concern about my visit, but instead of helping, the manager seemed annoyed and unwilling to listen. Rob in particular was very unprofessional in the way he handled the situation. His tone was disrespectful and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. When you’re trusting a business with your vision care, you expect a basic level of professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My insurance only covers standard progressives and he said nobody sells those anymore. My current glasses from Pearle vision are standard progressives and they work fine, the prescription just needs a minor update. So I had to opt for lined bifocals. I don’t understand how a standalone optometry practice with an optical shop would not offer a basic service like standard progressives.

I first picked out glasses on December 31st, but when the pair arrived later, they didn’t fit quite right and caused some discomfort. I spoke with Sally again, and she immediately helped me exchange them for a pair of Giorgio Armani glasses that truly match my style and feel amazing. Thanks to her, I ended up with a perfect pair that I love!
