Anna immediately greeted me and asked me to take a seat while she completed business with another customer. Once it was my turn, Anna helped me decide between four frames I had picked out. She then gave me the options available to me and showed my how my insurance would impact my purchase. Not once did I feel "upsold" (even though I did upgrade some items) or rushed.
