Cecily A. was the caregiver the first night. When I arrived at 5 the next morning, Brian told me she was very nice, easy to talk with, and—most importantly—she didn’t step in unless he asked. That meant a lot to him as he works hard to stay independent. Cecily was also able to clearly report how the night went, including how often he got up and whether he needed help. Home Instead was recommended to me by a friend who used them for his father, and I’ve found them knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cecily’s kind, respectful approach was exactly what Brian needed to feel comfortable with overnight care.

They are so kind and always let my mom know she is not just a client to them. I can fully trust them to do anything for my mom including taking her to doctor appointments, so much so that when she was at a dermatology appointment, the doctor did not notice a spot on her arm but they did…it turned out to be stage 3 melanoma! I can’t express enough how much they have helped my mom and myself, I work full time and with their support I have so much peace of mind knowing that my mom is not only taken care of but I know they both generally care about my mom!! I really can’t say enough good about both Allie and Susan, I truly will never be able to express how wonderful both of them are and how much they have changed our lives! We will be forever grateful for Susan and Allie!!
