- SAShawn Anderson2 days ago5.0From entering the establishment, I was greeted warmly, I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I asked questions about the glasses and how it works with insurance, I was answered thoughtfully and knowledgeably with the answers. The doctor was thorough and explained what was going on with my eyes and I asked about Lazik and was given his exact recommendations on that and also about an itch I have on my eyes, and gave me a sample of the items I would need to see if it helps. It has already. Then I looked at some frames and left. I will return to this location again to look for glasses next month.

Dr was bouncing between patients which made me sit and wait in the room from time to time for 10 minutes. They don’t carry contacts on site. They were pretty crabby on the phone because “they were so busy”. It wasn’t the best of experiences.

When I came back the lady in front was rude and didn’t believe me that my glasses were wrong and told me you should get your eye exam and your glasses from the same place which insurance says you can go anywhere as long as it’s covered. I went back and my prescription they gave me was wrong and I got the new one. Staff was rude except the guy in the front.

The eye doctor acted like a used car salesman and I didn't feel like he cared about my eyes. He then charged me for contact fitting even though I said I rarely wore contacts and had boxes already at home. I was not impressed. since the last time I was seen at this location, it was a great experience. I will not be going back to this location.
